Flood Tide Reading and Wine Tasting

I'll be reading from Flood Tide, selling and signing books, and doing a Q & A.  The kicker here is that Betsy Ross from the Wine House on Main in Kennebunk will be specially selecting wine to pair with the book.  She did this for The Ruins of Woodman's Village (photo below), and it was fantastic.  The wines were superb and fit beautifully with the aesthetic of the novel.  And the more you drink, the better I sound.  The 5th Om always has a great vibe, so this will be one not to miss.

I return to my hometown to do an Author Event at the public library I started going to as a first grader (though it was in a different location back then). I’ll be reading from Flood Tide, talking about the writing process, doing an “Ask Me Anything” Q & A, and signing books. (Books will be available if you would like to purchase one.)

 Albert Waitt will be reading a short selection from "The Ruins of Woodman's Village," relating how the idea for the novel was sparked just a few hundred yards away while he was working the bar at Hurricane Restaurant, and answering reader questions.  Cocktails at a local watering hole to follow.
